Job Summary

Own the admissions funnel with a market-facing tilt: drive referrals, optimize insurance-driven placement, and convert inquiries into admitted residents while steering paperwork and reporting to hit census targets.

Admissions & referrals: generate activity to meet census budget.
Care placement: understand insurances and manage tours with families.
Community positioning: market the facility as the preferred provider and manage intake paperwork.

Responsibilities

Generating referral and admissions activity to meet and exceed census budget.
Understanding insurances and managed care to appropriately place patients.
Conduct tours of facility with potential residents and their family members.
Marketing your facility as the preferred provider within your hospitals and community.
Completing and processing admission paperwork and reporting.
