Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER OUTREACH & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
• * Distribute catalogs and promotional materials to schools, churches, businesses, organizations, and potential customers
• * Follow up with customers regarding their event experience
• * Contact customers to request Google reviews and feedback
• * Send Google review links through email and text
• * Represent the company at 5Ks, expos, conventions, school functions, community events, and promotional events
• * Help coordinate and staff company information tables and promotional booths
• * Build positive relationships with customers and community partners
• * Help identify potential marketing, partnership, and sales opportunities while in the community
• MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable using email, social media platforms, and common office software
• Ability to learn new software and company systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally for errands, marketing visits, and community events

Preferred

• Customer service, administrative, marketing, or social media experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
