Job Description

Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for candidates and clients
Handle incoming calls, emails, and daily office coordination
Maintain organized records, documents, and onboarding materials
Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
Source and screen candidates for entry-level sales & business development roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers
Manage candidate pipelines and follow-ups
Conduct initial phone screenings and provide candidate feedback
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company
