Job Summary

Own client success and account growth in pharma marketing by building strong relationships, coordinating delivery, and driving revenue through campaigns and pull-through.

  • Client Ownership: Build lasting relationships and identify opportunities to add value across HCP/DTC campaigns.
  • Delivery Bridge: Act as the conduit between clients and delivery teams to ensure on time, compliant execution and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with project management and internal teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability while supporting travel to client sites as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Build lasting client relationships and drive campaign pull-through to grow accounts. Contribute to successful marketing campaigns and ensure client success. Deliver strong client satisfaction with cross-functional collaboration. Travel may be required up to 20% to client sites. Requirements: Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and ever-changing challenges. Proactively work to identify areas of opportunity to add value to your accounts. Understand the client’s business, disease area(s), and brand/product strategy. Work collaboratively with clients and the P10 internal team to develop and execute unique and powerful strategic marketing plans for your brands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. Work with Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability. Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field. 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising managing the development of HCP and/or DTC promotional campaigns. Experience with new product launches and label updates is a plus. Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, continuously delivering successful marketing solutions and achieving revenue growth. Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
