Responsibilities

• As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• You will oversee campaign strategies, coordinate internal teams, manage budgets, and provide comprehensive performance reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships will be a key part of your daily responsibilities.
• Additionally, you will identify new opportunities for growth and provide guidance to ensure campaigns align with clients' goals.
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO.

Requirements

• Client relationship management and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Digital marketing and campaign performance analysis
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project tracking tools, CRM systems, and other workflow platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Previous account management or client-facing experience is preferred
