Own and drive end-to-end influencer and social campaigns, lead client communications, and provide data-driven optimization across multiple simultaneous campaigns, while contributing to new business growth and relationship expansion.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of influencer and social campaigns, including writing influencer briefs, influencer outreach, negotiation, and onboarding, supporting client communications, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously, liaising with your campaign teams constantly to stay up-to-date on the progress of each campaign, and flagging any concerns or potential issues to the team as soon as possible, alongside suggested solutions.
  • Acting as the main client POC, sharing clear and thorough updates and reporting with clients regularly over email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings, while providing recommendations and expertise at every stage of the campaign.
  • Applying your expertise in performance marketing to optimize campaigns, monitor key metrics, and provide data-backed insights for continuous improvement.
  • Presenting clearly and confidently to key stakeholders in pitches, kick-off meetings, and post-campaign analysis meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding existing client relationships and contribute to new business growth through upselling and referrals.
  • Supporting new business proposals, working with the wider Accounts team to develop bold and effective creatives that are informed by competitive and consumer trends to help achieve clients’ campaign objectives.
  • Continual forward-thinking and proactive ideation of additional activity that Socially Powerful could propose to clients, based on a detailed knowledge of their business, objectives and upcoming focuses.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working within influencer marketing or social media marketing.
  • Experience working within the beauty industry is desirable.
  • Genuine passion for social media, Influencer, and Performance Marketing.
  • Exceptional organization and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard, in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining an eye for detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with problems in a logical and efficient way.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload.
  • Proven track record in developing junior members of your team

Preferred

  • Experience working within the beauty industry is desirable.
