Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As an Account Manager, you'll be the day-to-day heartbeat for client accounts, developing and leading everything from disruptive, innovative PR campaigns to deploying crisis communications strategy to executing day-to-day communications strategy to providing sage counsel and everything in between.
  • You'll mentor emerging professionals (and trust us, they're eager to learn from you!)
  • manage budgets without breaking a sweat
  • give presentations that make clients swoon
  • Some days you'll be crafting the perfect pitch.
  • Other days you'll be problem-solving on the fly or leading a brainstorm that generates the kind of ideas that define careers.
  • You'll have real autonomy and trust to make it happen.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of PR experience (with agency experience being a significant advantage)
  • ability to write like a pro
  • present like a Ph.D.
  • pitch media with a journalist's lens
  • juggle competing deadlines without losing sanity or sense of humor
  • analytical, organized and has excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) proficiency
  • Professional level mastery of the English language
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations
  • Adherence to agency policies as outlined in agency handbook.
