Responsibilities

• Lead clients through our structured web build process, on time and on budget
• Develop and present SEO, PPC, and social media strategies tailored to home services
• Manage design, development, and content deliverables to produce high-performing websites
• Keep clients and the internal team aligned with weekly project updates
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate weekly with each client on lead volume and results
• Conduct monthly review meetings covering analytics, progress, and future priorities
• Respond quickly to day-to-day client requests and support needs
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through expanded marketing strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing website builds and/or SEO/PPC projects, ideally at a digital marketing agency
• Solid understanding of web design, content strategy, SEO, PPC, and social media
• Superior written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Experience working with home service contractors, especially radon, water treatment, or chimney services
• Comfort with consultative upselling
