Drive YouTube programmatic client strategy and full lifecycle account management for Channel Factory’s media solutions.

• Become a power user of ViewIQ and execute 360-Youtube media planning and buying understanding and functionality
• Serve as main point-of-contact to clients, translating product value into media goals in YouTube space
• Lead Kick-off calls and set clear expectations as the single point-of-contact with Programmatic Solutions
• Own and grow a book of business focusing on client retention, growth, and renewals
• Partner with Sales and independently lead client calls for up-selling
• Create and maintain short and long-term Account Plans for each designated account
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance; proactively address issues with multiple optimization solutions
• Create mid-campaign and end-of-campaign reports and conduct quarterly business reviews for key clients
• Update Salesforce for campaign information and revenue tracking
• Reconcile monthly billing with Finance for accuracy and timeliness

• EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, and/or Programmatic/Trading Desks buying
• Able to track performance data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns across multiple technologies and partners
• Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs
• A collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others
• Ability to prioritize with little supervision in a fast-paced digital world
• Highly organized and detail-oriented professional
• Experience with off-YouTube media, 3rd party, and Brand Studies
• Able to stay current with industry changes and update strategies accordingly
• Affirmation of professionalism, integrity, and ethics

• Client-facing experience with agencies and brands is highly preferred
• Bonus points if you have Google Ads, DV360, and/or Facebook certification
