We are currently expanding the Client Success function, building a second team in the Denver area, and looking for individuals to join our growing Organization.  As a Client Success Account Manager, you will partner with some of the most innovative consumer brands and marketers out there, working with them to engage existing and acquire new customers. Our foundations are in quant-based marketing, and we are looking for self-motivated, service-oriented marketing and sales minded individuals to collaborate with our Sales team to onboard new accounts, deliver extraordinary client outcomes, and scale existing business on the Postie Platform.  

Our ideal candidate is a data-driven, strategic thinker laser-focused on account performance, and able to drive quantifiable campaign results. They must thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, show confidence communicating with our highly knowledgeable marketing partners, drive direct revenue opportunities, and demonstrate expertise presenting complex media strategies, learnings, and solutions. 

Once a new client is signed, Account Managers work hand in hand with our Sales and Operations teams to on-board, manage, and scale accounts in ways that help clients achieve their goals through targeted and highly optimized prospecting, CRM, and retargeting direct mail campaigns.  Key to success in this role is a commitment to setting clients up for long-term success with repeatable processes and optimized learning strategies designed to grow revenue, spend and profitability.

About You:

Your Skills and Experience:
  • 3 + years of experience in digital media, direct mail, marketing campaign management, or advertising technology, ideally working with advertisers or agencies using an automated platform with a focus on managing performance outcomes, leveraging platform capabilities, and\or driving strategy directly to brands.  At least some direct campaign management or ad operations experience is required.
  • Detailed knowledge of audience building, modeling, targeting, attribution, creative design, A\B testing, campaign performance KPIs and addressable markets
  • History of responding quickly to client needs, while providing training and consulting to build engagement and high-loyalty partnerships. Our AMs are committed to educating clients on data and platform capabilities, direct mail best practice, and performance levers through each interaction
  • Ability to generate and manage a range of account types, accurately work with advertising KPIs and marketing data sets, set progressive goals for each account, and forecast performance and revenue
  • Adept at collecting and leveraging business insights gathered through client interactions, performance monitoring, and trend identification to evolve reporting, and design personalized go to market client strategies  
  • Well organized, with project management experience, and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks across multiple jobs and accounts to meet deadlines and evolve operational excellence
  • Skilled communicator, who can effectively set an agenda, and lead meetings with attendees from all levels of an organization, build and present client decks, QBRs, and media plans persuasively with aplomb, and respond appropriately to escalations and innovations
  • General understanding of statistical significance, machine learning and/or previous work with data visualization tools is a plus
  • BA or BS in marketing or a computer science related field preferred
