Position Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to help drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, own the upsell sales cycle, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Success, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver a strong client experience while expanding 2X’s impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full upsell sales cycle from lead to close
- Develop, manage, and close inbound and outbound pipeline opportunities
- Build and execute territory and outreach strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Success, and RevOps teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Support predictable revenue growth through consistent pipeline management
- Represent 2X professionally while delivering a strong client experience
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or revenue generation
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong forecasting and CRM management skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS environments
- Experience selling services or licensing-based offerings
- Familiarity with partner-driven sales models
