Job Summary

Lead strategic planning and campaign execution for high-profile clients, coordinating cross‑team workflows, rapid media responses, and client communications within Orchestra's Crisis and Reputation Management practice.

  • Own strategy and campaign planning across multiple accounts
  • Coordinate day-to-day client communications and staff weekly calls
  • Monitor media and prepare incident memos and event recaps

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategy, creative brainstorming and campaign planning for multiple high-profile accounts
  • Manage media monitoring and rapid response for clients
  • Write and edit persuasive external and internal documents including vetting reports, research memos, and fact sheets
  • Oversee day-to-day communications with clients, including staffing weekly calls, and analyzing press coverage and writing event recaps
  • Manage work streams across multiple accounts and across multiple different teams and services around the Orchestra network

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic communications in a PR agency or media outlet, or politics, government or advocacy
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a team to meet group objectives
