Intrepid Marketing Group is currently seeking an Account Executive candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, passionate about marketing, advertising, communications and social media and thrives in a fun, fast paced environment.  As Account Executive, you will act as the link between clients and the agency. You will be responsible for coordinating projects for our clients that include creative, social media and paid advertising (traditional and digital). At Intrepid, no two days look the same and the ideal candidate for this position will have strong initiative and leadership skills and work well under deadlines and in front of people.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

o  Maintain relationship with clients as the front-facing position for the agency with clients in industries including sports, nonprofit and retail

o  Brainstorm and innovate ways to help clients achieve their marketing goals through a combination of services as listed below

Coordination of other client projects including:

o  Together with the Creative Director, developing ideas for and managing the process for print, digital, video and other creative projects for clients

o  Together with the Media Director, developing paid media plans, trafficking copy for those plans and reporting all data back to the client

o  Together with the Media Director, review and reconcile client media plans and invoices for presentation to client

Social Media / Digital Marketing

o  Work with our Digital Director to assist in developing and executing social media content directly for multiple clients and social media accounts.

o  Maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of the full social media landscape so as to be the expert for clients

o  Working knowledge of Canva to assist in creative assets along with internal creative team. Graphic design, photography, videography experience a plus

o  Work with our Digital Director to successful initiate paid search, display and social media campaigns, demonstrating revenue goals, efficiency and volume

o  Have a working understanding of campaign performance reports from Digital Director to provide actionable insights for team members as well as clients

·General Tasks:

o  Assist in the coordination of occasional client on-site events, promotions, video shoots or marketing outreach efforts. Occasionally attend client promotions to capture content. This may include occasional travel to other US cities.

o  These could include scheduling event logistics with vendors, city officials or safety personal as well as being point of contact for parties involved in client activities.

Requirements:

·     A four-year college degree in communications, business or related field

·     2 - 4 years of previous experience in marketing and branding or at an agency

·     A thorough understanding of social media platforms, best practices and content development. Capability to utilize Intrepid’s and other social media company’s metrics platforms to analysis and report findings to clients.

·     Working knowledge of mass media outlets, digital and advertising trends.

·     Strong writing, organizational, public speaking skills

·     Experience with Google Display Network, including remarketing and contextual advertising

·     Google Analytics and advanced Adwords Editor knowledge

·     Google Adwords Certified a plus

·     Experience with PPC advertising and paid social a plus

·     Passion and enthusiasm for working the marketing industry

·     Experience with CTV, OTT a plus
