Account Executive — Grassfed

The role

You run booked, qualified demos with real estate agents and close new business. Appointments are put on your calendar for you. Your job is conversion and follow up.

How you get paid

Base: $3,500/month, earned by closing a minimum of 20 deals per month (about 5 a week).

Commission: 16% of all new-business cash you collect.

Accelerator: once you collect over $32,500 in new business in a month, everything above that pays 20%.

Target: 60 closes per month at a 30%+ close rate.

What you can earn (based on AOV $504)

  - At our current volume (~29 closes/month): about $5,850/month — roughly $70K/year

  - At target (40 closes/month): about $6,750/month — roughly $81K/year

  - Elite (15 closes/week): $8,750+/month — $105K+/year
