Job Description
The Cincinnati Cyclones are looking for an experienced, hardworking, and self-motivated sales executive looking to make an impact in the sport industry. This person will be passionate about building relationships with prospective clients, existing ticket holders and community leaders. They’ll be encouraged by the ability to create new ideas to increase ticket sales and retention, is a great team player and is highly motivated to reach individual and team goals.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Candidates experienced in sport ticket sales, business-to-business sales, and sports management are preferred. Previous experience selling, setting face-to-face meetings and building strong customer relationships are ideal.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Premium, Season and Group Ticket Packages
- Provide legendary customer service
- Build relationships and identify sales prospects and contacts
- Use proactive tactics to create opportunities for new business with existing customers
- Meet or exceed appointed sales goals for all ticket packages
- Maintain complete and accurate records for customers and organization
- Create and develop new marketing concepts to generate new revenue streams
- Be able to work weeknights, weekends and holidays as pertaining to game schedule and sales events throughout the year
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Team Player: Enthusiastic about helping others; team first mentality
- Good is the Enemy of Great: Not willing to settle for being average, one that is driven to be the best
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Sports Management or related degree
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly motivated with a strong aspiration to be successful
- Possess an aggressive, competitive and dedicated attitude
- Strong customer service & relationship building skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage customer accounts, projects and events simultaneously
- Must demonstrate a high degree of time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office, CRM and Ticketmaster experience a plus
