Role Description

The Account Executive is a full-time role based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA. The role entails managing client accounts, crafting compelling media pitches, and developing and executing public relations strategies. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with media outlets, coordinating events, monitoring industry trends, tracking and reporting client media coverage, and ensuring client objectives are met. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences while adhering to deadlines and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PR agency experience, particularly across consumer packaged goods and lifestyle brands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including pitching to media outlets and creating engaging press materials.
• Experience in public relations strategy, campaign execution, and client account management.
• Skills in research, planning, and identifying media and marketing opportunities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and be eager to make an impact as part of a growing agency.
• Proficiency in using PR tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and relevant professional experience.
