Job Description

Account Executive

Location: Dallas, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Sales and Marketing

Build More Than a Sales Career

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive who wants more than a traditional entry-level position.

This role is designed for individuals who want to strengthen their communication skills, develop business confidence, understand how successful customer-acquisition campaigns operate, and build toward future leadership opportunities.

As an Account Executive, you will represent established client brands through direct, face-to-face customer interactions. You will help customers understand products and services, provide a professional brand experience, and contribute directly to the growth of the campaigns you represent.

You will not be expected to figure everything out alone. From your first day, you will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and practical experience designed to help you improve quickly.

This is a hands-on, in-person opportunity for someone who wants to be challenged, recognized for their results, and surrounded by a team that values growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

Many entry-level roles ask for experience before giving candidates an opportunity to gain it. We take a different approach.

Our development process is designed to give motivated individuals responsibility while providing the support they need to succeed.

In this role, you will gain practical experience in:

  • Customer acquisition and relationship building
  • Face-to-face sales and brand representation
  • Business communication and professional confidence
  • Campaign performance and account development
  • Team collaboration and leadership fundamentals
  • Coaching, training, and performance management
  • The operational side of growing a sales and marketing organization

Your performance will be visible, measurable, and recognized. Individuals who demonstrate consistency and leadership potential may be given opportunities to assist with training, team development, campaign management, and future market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands professionally at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
  • Engage with prospective customers and build genuine rapport
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and available options clearly
  • Guide customers confidently through the sales and enrollment process
  • Generate new customer acquisitions and work toward individual and team targets
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
  • Participate in daily training, workshops, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with team members to improve campaign results
  • Apply feedback and continuously develop sales and communication skills
  • Assist with onboarding and training newer team members as experience develops
  • Contribute ideas that improve the customer experience and overall campaign performance

What Success Looks Like

Successful Account Executives are not simply good at speaking with people. They are disciplined, consistent, and willing to improve.

You will perform well in this position if you:

  • Take responsibility for your performance
  • Respond positively to coaching and feedback
  • Communicate with confidence and professionalism
  • Remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Set goals and consistently work toward them
  • Support your team while maintaining individual accountability
  • Bring energy, preparation, and focus to work each day
  • See challenges as opportunities to develop

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to receive, apply, and act on feedback
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, or marketing is beneficial but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

What We Offer

  • Structured onboarding and hands-on sales training
  • Ongoing coaching from experienced leaders
  • Performance-based earning opportunities
  • Clear expectations and measurable performance goals
  • Leadership and management development
  • Opportunities to take on increased responsibility
  • Potential advancement based on performance rather than seniority
  • Travel, networking, and market-expansion opportunities
  • Exposure to established client brands and live marketing campaigns
  • A collaborative, competitive, and growth-focused environment
  • Recognition for strong performance and personal development
  • Transferable skills that support long-term careers in sales, marketing, management, and business
