Job Summary

Own the retail media program end to end, shaping DSP activations across multiple retailers, leading a small team, and tying full funnel campaigns to retailer sales goals with regular executive-facing updates.

Growth & Strategy: Build and optimize programmatic display across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and retailer networks, guided by shopper insights to drive retargeting and audience precision.
Team & Client Leadership: Lead client calls, quarterly reviews, annual planning, and a 3+ person team to ensure goals are met and opportunities are pursued.
Measurement & Partnerships: Align DSP tactics with retailer sales goals, collaborate with key partners, and translate performance into future engagements and new business opportunities.

Job Description

Manage growing Retail Media team in the planning and activation of campaigns across retail commerce spaces
Be the COE and lead, develop, deliver, and optimize programmatic display campaigns on e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
Activate campaigns across Amazon (search and display), Walmart Connect (search and display), Kroger Precision Marketing, Target Roundel, Instacart, and retail media networks such as Criteo, CitrusAd, & PromoteIQ
Lead regular client calls to address project work, discuss business trends and performance, and plan future engagements.
Build and execute annual media plans that support a full funnel marketing approach with awareness, consideration, and conversion audiences and tactics.
Lead best in class AMC utilization or other shopper insights to drive strategic DSP strategy and audience targeting and retargeting
Responsible for ongoing thought leadership and opportunities that will drive client business results
Key lead for client relationship, responsible for team oversight and ensuring performance is meeting client’s goals
Works closely with key retail partners to maintain optimal working relationship, and collaborates on new ways to drive client’s business at that particular retailer
