Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic partnerships and drive business growth as an Account Director. In this pivotal role, you'll foster strong client relationships, spearhead project initiatives, and optimize workload profitability.
  • As a team leader, you'll mentor and guide internal teams, cultivating talent and powering collaborative success.
  • Lead multi-channel client campaigns, meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Project Management.
  • Strategically manage brands through launches, positioning, and campaigns, providing proactive recommendations.
  • Foster team growth through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, finance, and senior management to drive business objectives and resolve conflicts.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities, evaluate cross-functional ideas, and optimize account strengths.
  • Utilize agency resources creatively, staying adept in digital, media, social, analytics, and new business pitch processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree (preferred).
  • 6+ years of industry experience, preferably in healthcare and pharma advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in digital, media, social, and analytics.
  • Proven leadership experience, with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and forward-thinking approach.
