Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term, favorable relationships with clients and partners across a diverse portfolio.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on client and partner information to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.
  • Craft customized strategies and recommendations based on both internal capabilities and external market factors.
  • Design and implement actionable account plans that fulfill client needs, maximize account performance, and drive measurable growth.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients at all stages, ensuring full transparency, satisfaction, and the opportunity to identify emerging needs.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members; act as a lead or first-level supervisor as needed, supporting both professional development and team cohesion.
  • Address complex issues and problems independently; escalate only the most critical matters to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and report on budgets, timelines, and KPIs relevant to client accounts and internal success metrics.
  • Collaborate regularly with senior client stakeholders, creative teams, and internal project managers to ensure seamless, coordinated delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive subject matter expertise on industry trends, products, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a closely related field.
  • Typically requires 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or agency/client relations, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of account management practices, client strategy, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong customer and client orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Originality and strategic thinking in developing client solutions.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess complex business needs and design actionable solutions.
