Job Description
Responsibilities
- Consistently build and maintain relevant media and influencer lists across several categories.
- Regularly pitch media and secure product placements on behalf of brands.
- Monitor industry trends within the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion space to identify opportunities for clients.
- Conduct research and build media/influencer lists to support client goals.
- Create weekly call agendas, take notes, and handle detailed recaps.
- Track and monitor all client coverage, proactively updating internal teams and clients throughout the day.
- Create media clips for client press placements and source all media placements in real-time.
- Update master seeding/tracking documents.
- Update brand trackers daily and prepare monthly status reports.
- Oversee and track mailers on behalf of brands, including writing thank-you notes and creating shipping labels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, project management, or a similar role (agency experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and collaboration and creative tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Canva).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the agency.
