Job Summary

Own audience insight and multi-channel demand strategies for enterprise IT and data leadership buyers, turning data into tighter messaging and stronger pipeline.

  • Research audience and buyer insights to shape multi-channel demand programs across enterprise IT and data leadership.
  • Translate content and campaigns into measurable engagement and pipeline signals, with ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, CX, and Sales to run cross-channel campaigns and report on impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop audience profiles to better understand buyer needs, priorities, and engagement patterns across enterprise IT and data leadership audiences.
  • Analyze marketing content and campaign performance to identify opportunities that improve audience engagement and pipeline generation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Create compelling campaign messaging, email programs, and digital content that communicate NetApp's data infrastructure and AI value proposition.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline performance, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Leverage marketing technology, data, and analytics tools to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Present recommendations and business insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, technology, AI, cloud computing, or enterprise software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, CRM, or digital marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud technologies, or enterprise software markets.
  • Previous experience through internships, campus organizations, projects, or related professional roles.
