Job Summary
Own creative direction and leadership for healthcare marketing across campaigns and client experiences, balancing narrative craft with team management and high level pitches.
- Creative narrative ownership: write across voices for healthcare audiences and align with client strategy.
- Team and client leadership: mentor, manage output, and maintain strong client relationships under tight deadlines.
- Campaign execution and recognition: oversee awards submissions, case studies, and involvement in high profile pitches.
Job Description
- Can structure a complete narrative and be able to write in different voices to suit client and audience
- Work with ACD, Copy to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
- Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
- Manage teams, creative output and client relationships
- Concepts, campaign execution that are in line with client strategy
- Oversee day to day deliverables for team under tight deadlines while delivering best in class work to market.
- Mentor teams both internally and externally
- Manage awards submissions and case studies for brand
- Participate in high level projects and new business pitches.
- Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
- 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment
- BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred)
