Responsibilities

• Translate Z3’s organizational priorities and goals into a strategic marketing and communications campaign that promotes the Z3 platform.
• Develop, executive and manage a strategic marketing calendar that identifies where the Z3 platform should be marketed and promoted.
• Drive and manage marketing projects and campaigns from initial brief through completion; coordinating timelines, assets, approvals and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-schedule.
• Deliver a coherent and compelling story to strengthen and increase awareness and understanding of Z3 content, including programs, ideas and platforms.
• Develop, create, edit and distribute Z3 content across various outreach distribution channels that demonstrates strong creative and editorial judgement deliverables.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED equivalent required
• 4+ years of relevant marketing or communications experience or equivalent demonstrated professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience working for non-profit, educational, cultural, publishing or other mission-driven organizations; a plus
• Strong marketing judgement and demonstrated ability to translate organizational goals into effective marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to translate ideas into creative marketing strategies. Identify problems and provide creative marketing solutions.
• Excellent writing, communication and edits skills. Ability to communicate information clearly in English, written and oral.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, organized, with good time management and great follow-up skills
• Ability to problem solve, take initiative, set priorities, handle multiple projects and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Extremely organized and detailed oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to cultivate partnerships

Preferred

• Hebrew language skills a plus but not required
