Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop channel growth strategies
Workshop video concepts and scripts with a group of experienced creators.
Review rough cuts and approve final videos.
Analyze channel performance and audience retention
Lead weekly creative sessions with creators.

Requirements

you must have prior experience managing a tween or teen-focused YouTube channel.
Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics
Experience writing, workshopping, and reviewing scripts
provide feedback to editors on rough cuts.

Preferred

Experience working with creators is highly preferred
