- Strong expertise in Marketing practices and strategies
- Experience in Product Management and understanding product lifecycles
- Familiarity with Sales processes and their alignment with marketing objectives
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitive dynamics
Preferred
- Masterâs degree (preferred)
- Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
