  • Lead lifecycle, CRM strategy, segmentation, and nurture to drive inquiries and bookings

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Wild Nectar story
  • Help clarify how we talk about who we are, what we offer, and why it matters. This includes elevating our website, ad campaigns, investor materials, client communications, partnerships, and sales support.
  • You should be able to take a complex idea and make it feel clear, beautiful, and human.
  • Speak to affluent travelers with restraint and emotional intelligence
  • Our clients are thoughtful decision-makers. They respond to marketing that feels intelligent, beautiful, and deeply attuned to what they value. You understand that trust is built in small moments, through careful language, honest guidance, visual restraint, and the feeling that someone is truly listening.
  • Make NectaMark™ meaningful
  • NectaMark™ is our proprietary Eco Score assessment system, used to evaluate travel operators against Wild Nectar’s standards for sustainability, stewardship, guest experience, and care for local communities, cultures, and habitats. You will help turn that work into clear, beautiful messaging clients can understand, trust, and act on.
  • Lead lifecycle and CRM strategy
  • Wild Nectar uses Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and TraveLite, our customized Salesforce-based platform. You do not need to be a SFMC developer, but you should know how CRM, email, nurture, segmentation, and automation build trust and move the right travelers toward inquiry. Experience with SFMC or similar systems is helpful, and we are open to supporting additional SFMC training for the right person.

Requirements

  • You have senior marketing experience with luxury, premium, mission-driven, or high-consideration buyers.
  • You are a gifted storyteller with strong copy instincts, sophisticated visual taste, and the ability to turn a meaningful thesis into clear, compelling marketing.
  • You understand that beautiful brand language only matters if it leads to qualified inquiries, real conversations, booked travel, and long-term client relationships.
  • You think in full-funnel terms. When numbers conflict across platforms, you know how to ask the right questions, define the source of truth, and get to a clearer picture of what is actually happening.
  • You understand CRM, email, nurture, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and thoughtful follow-up. You do not need to be a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer, but you should be able to brief a journey, review one with a critical eye, and spot when a lead definition, nurture path, or lifecycle flow has gone sideways.
  • You are comfortable working hands-on in a founder-stage environment without a large team, large budget, or perfect clarity.
  • You care deeply about sustainability, cultural respect, and building something that matters.
  • You are proactive, decisive, and fun to work with. (We like to have fun!)
