Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications strategies that integrate across the business, enabling growth, advancing enterprise programs.
  • Provides oversight and accountability for enterprise audience, campaign, and channel performance, using analytics and performance insights to guide strategic decision‑making and ensure marketing investments drive measurable business impact. Leads ongoing optimization of strategies to respond to evolving market conditions, competitive dynamics, and enterprise-wide priorities.
  • Provides strategic leadership for audience marketing across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption of value propositions and the delivery of targeted, relevant marketing solutions for priority audience segments.
  • Oversees enterprise communications planning in support of organizational issues, priorities, affiliates, and key initiatives, serving as a senior tactic lead to ensure coordinated, timely, and effective messaging.
  • Leads the development of holistic, multi‑channel marketing strategies that integrate all MBC-related offerings and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, State & Local initiatives, and overall organizational objectives.
  • Oversees team operations, including budget management and forecasting, to ensure effective execution and sustainable organizational impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience leading enterprise marketing, communications, brand strategy, or integrated marketing functions, including experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting resources, and leading high-performing teams while ensuring operational excellence, accountability, and sustainable organizational impact.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategies that align with organizational priorities and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading multichannel marketing and communications campaigns across digital, traditional, earned, owned, and paid media channels to create cohesive customer experiences.
  • Strong expertise in audience strategy, market segmentation, targeting, and customer lifecycle marketing, with the ability to identify and engage priority populations effectively.
  • Experience leveraging marketing analytics, audience insights, and campaign performance metrics to optimize investments, improve effectiveness, and support executive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus, influence strategic direction, and lead complex enterprise initiatives.
