Job Summary

This role owns the full revenue flywheel and drives growth, CAC efficiency, and long-term LTV, with cross-functional collaboration to align commercial execution with data-driven strategies. It requires strong P&L influence, a data-driven mindset, and comfort working with a founder. Preferred experience includes health/biotech-adjacent categories and subscription-based brands.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance for the full revenue flywheel: Acquisition → Conversion → Subscription → Renewal → LTV
  • Primary accountability: Revenue growth, Net subscriber growth, Blended CAC efficiency, Contribution margin after marketing, Cohort retention and renewal yield, LTV expansion, Marketing budget allocation discipline, Forecasting and payback governance
  • You will optimize acquisition efficiency and scale high-quality demand
  • Improve cohort retention and long-term LTV
  • Enhance conversion performance across key PDPs and funnels
  • Establish scalable growth reporting infrastructure and CAC guardrails
  • Own agency governance and internal performance accountability
  • Build a high-velocity, disciplined experimentation engine across acquisition and retention
  • Develop repeatable payback models (3/6/9/12 month visibility)
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Product to align commercial execution with scientific credibility

Requirements

  • Have scaled a premium DTC or subscription-based brand from ~$5–15M to $25–100M+
  • Have owned or materially influenced P&L
  • Deep fluency in CAC, LTV, subscription math, and cohort analysis
  • Experienced in improving subscription retention and renewal performance
  • Comfortable operating with lean teams and strong accountability
  • Strong operator first, marketer second
  • Data-driven and financially literate
  • Comfortable with AI platforms and integrating them into your workflows
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with a founder

  • Bonus experience: Health, wellness, or biotech-adjacent category
