Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Use their skills in developing copy, in particular for payer marketers, HCP and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and execute complex campaigns and strategic initiatives, including digital work.
  • Manage teams to complete projects.
  • Develop client relationships and present content to senior life sciences executives.
  • Pitch experience and interest in contributing to business growth.
  • Ability to take a collaborative approach to partnership with cross functional partners (account, art, PM, strategy, etc)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Possess 5-10 years market access marketing experience
  • Possess a deep understanding of payer audiences, channels, and reimbursement for rare, specialty and small molecule therapies across broad indications
  • Experienced with patient services programs/HUBs
  • Ability to both lead and execute complex campaigns and strategic initiatives, including digital work
  • Has pitch experience and interest in contributing to business growth
  • Ability to take a collaborative approach to partnership with cross functional partners (account, art, PM, strategy, etc)
  • Ability to manage teams to complete projects
  • Understanding of business rationale and can manage projects and copy teams accordingly
  • Continuous learner who seeks out market access knowledge
