Drive Dynasty Dance Co.'s social presence by creating engaging posts, coordinating campaigns, and measuring impact to grow community reach.

Own and schedule social content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to boost engagement.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events to amplify reach and awareness.
Monitor engagement data and suggest growth strategies based on performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and schedule engaging social media posts, stories, and reels
Monitor channels and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
Capture and edit photos/videos at events and classes (when possible)
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and event promotions
Track engagement and suggest new strategies for growth

Requirements

Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Creative eye for visuals and storytelling
Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools (or willing to learn)
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Experience with nonprofit or brand social media is a plus but not required
