Job Summary

Drive multi-channel volunteer ad campaigns for The LoopRoots Foundation to boost traffic and signups while supporting justice-impacted families.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
  • Develop targeting strategies for different audiences (families, reentry support, community partners, etc.)
  • Create and test ad campaigns to drive traffic and signups
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on results
  • Track key metrics (click-through rate, conversions, cost per lead, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the team on messaging, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data

Requirements

  • Volunteer role (20–25 hours per week), flexible schedule, potential to transition into a paid role as campaigns scale

Preferred

  • Experience running paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking
  • Experience with nonprofit or social impact campaigns (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Ability to test, learn, and optimize quickly
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms
  • Strong attention to performance and data
