Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform a full SEO audit of our existing website
  • Optimize site structure for AI search and semantic search visibility
  • Implement or refine FAQ content and FAQ schema markup
  • Evaluate content for entity based search, topic authority, and trust signals
  • Improve page level optimization including headings, internal linking, and search intent alignment
  • Align content with best practices for Google AI Overviews and future search results
  • Make recommendations for ongoing content strategy and site enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience with SEO strategy beyond basic keywords
  • Strong understanding of Google AI search, entity SEO, and structured data
  • Familiarity with FAQ schema and content hierarchy
  • Ability to explain recommendations clearly to a non technical nonprofit team
  • Respect for evidence based public safety messaging
