Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Logistics: Manage end-to-end logistics, including sourcing and booking locations, studios, and equipment rentals. Coordinate schedules with modeling agencies and freelance talent.
  • Pre-Production: Lead all prep work—organizing samples, steaming garments, and pre-styling jewelry stacks to ensure a smooth shoot day.
  • On-Set Support: Provide active support with lighting, backdrops, and props. Assist models with styling and capture high-quality BTS (Behind the Scenes) and trend-based mobile content.
  • Product Photography: Collaborate with our lead photographer to execute stylized flat lays and jewelry wrist shots.
  • Processing & Optimization: Crop and optimize photography for platform-specific needs.
  • Meticulous Cataloging: Maintain a naming convention using specific SKU syntax to ensure 100% database searchability.
  • Listing Management: Upload content to all digital platforms. Audit listings to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Merchandising: Ensure visual consistency across platforms, integrate graphics/videos into listings, and perform seasonal audits to refresh carryover products.
  • Tracking: Interface with the operations team to ensure all jewelry and apparel samples are ordered, received, and logged. Manage the request and delivery pipeline for all jewelry photography.
  • Closet Organization and Maintenance: Maintain a high-functioning, organized sample closet. Ensure all garments are clean and supplies are fully stocked.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with social media and content creation. Experience with on-set production is preferred.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong sense of styling and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude.
  • Interest in Fashion/Retail and marketing
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere) is preferred
  • Familiarity with photography equipment and terminology is a plus.
