Responsibilities

• You’ll manage and grow our existing social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and establish an appropriate company presence on new channels, always keeping an eye on what’s new and what’s next. Harness the power of groups and fan engagement to share our content to wider audiences.
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
• You’ll be a key member of our marketing team, serving as primary video content creator, assisting with maintenance of company websites, overseeing the social media presence of Wall Residences and Wall Therapeutic Solutions, and other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects), Canva, website content management systems (Craft, WordPress), and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling videos, both short and long form.
• Knowledge of analytics, algorithms, and ability to report on ROI of digital campaigns.
• Based in Virginia; telecommuting position with flex time benefits and occasional travel within the state; home office and internet access required; computer equipment and phone provided.

Preferred

• Internship or 1-2 years job experience preferred
• Experience creating animation for presentations/videos
• Google Ad Certified
