Job Description

Lead regional growth and sales for Forefront's Senior Living hospitality services, focusing on strategic partnerships and full-cycle revenue expansion.

  • Own regional growth strategy, pipeline, and full sales cycle from prospect to contract
  • Build executive-level relationships with senior living operators and ownership groups
  • Lead business development planning including forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue growth strategies
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities within Life Plan Communities and senior housing
  • Present Forefront’s hospitality-focused culinary and support services to senior living leadership
  • Structure proposals and service models aligned with client goals and operational needs
  • Guide partners through contract development and negotiation process
  • Develop territory and pipeline strategies to prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage relationships and forecast pipeline performance
  • Represent Forefront at industry conferences, association meetings, and client events

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business development or consultative sales experience, preferably within Senior Living, healthcare services, or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of Life Plan Communities (CCRC), Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing
  • Experience developing proposals, negotiating service agreements, and managing complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships with senior living operators and ownership groups
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
