Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Product Management and Marketing Communications functions for the Fire Suppression business unit, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
  • Lead the annual strategic planning process in partnership with the President and leadership team, translating business objectives into actionable growth, product, and market development strategies.
  • Develop and execute long-term business, portfolio, and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and customer engagement.
  • Lead portfolio strategy, including product roadmap development, lifecycle management, pricing, positioning, investment prioritization, and commercialization activities.
  • Drive new product development and go-to-market execution to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and long-term market success.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives focused on corrosion solutions, mission-critical applications, OEM growth, international expansion, and adjacent market opportunities.
  • Oversee Marketing Communications strategy, including branding, digital marketing, channel marketing, customer engagement, demand generation, and market positioning.
  • Establish pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance strategies that optimize growth, margin performance, and customer value.
  • Utilize market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and business data to guide strategic decisions and investment priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to align commercial strategy, product development, and operational execution.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to portfolio performance, commercialization effectiveness, profitability, market penetration, and business growth.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing Product Management and Marketing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and leadership team on business performance, growth opportunities, portfolio investments, and competitive positioning.
  • Support long-range planning, organizational development, and future growth initiatives across the Fire Suppression business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Marketing, Business Leadership, or related commercial functions.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic growth initiatives, business planning efforts, and successful product commercialization programs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional organizations in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational growth and change.
  • Strong executive leadership capability with potential for future enterprise leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership teams on strategic business planning and execution.
