Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline contribution across all channels and drive performance.
  • Continue maturing the account-based intent model: tighter campaigns, content, and sales handoffs.
  • Partner with Product on launch readiness, positioning, competitive intelligence, and seller enablement.
  • Bring fresh creative thinking to how we go to market.
  • Build distinct positioning for automotive, healthcare, hospitality and future named verticals.
  • Own and update our packaging and pricing strategy that drives maximum business upside, with stakeholder alignment.
  • Build a full agentic marketing system in collaboration with Revenue Operations and our MarTech partners: content workflows, campaign automation, follow-up sequencing, reporting.
  • Bring demonstrated experience building this kind of infrastructure.
  • Build a measurement framework that connects marketing spend to outcomes.
  • Own reporting at every level from team dashboards to board presentations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 5+ years leading a marketing function
  • Experience at a software company in the $50M to $100M range — you know what works at that stage and what has to change
  • A track record of driving material change in demand generation
  • Experience launching new markets: ICP from scratch, messaging from scratch, pipeline before brand awareness
  • Demonstrated experience building agentic or AI-enabled marketing workflows in production
  • Experience presenting marketing performance and strategy at the board level
  • Working knowledge of 6sense, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Claude
  • Background in vertical based marketing is a strong plus
  • Communicate directly, think in revenue, bring creative energy, and make decisions backed by evidence
