Responsibilities

• Define and lead Wings Of Change’s global marketing and communications strategy.
• Develop and strengthen the company’s brand identity, market positioning, and value proposition.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all business units, products, services, and geographic markets.
• Drive brand awareness and market recognition within blockchain, technology, and innovation ecosystems.
• Lead global corporate communications, media relations, and public affairs initiatives.
• Develop communication strategies that enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder trust.
• Manage relationships with media organizations, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on communication and reputation management matters.
• Oversee the development of executive communications, industry reports, white papers, research publications, and digital content.
• Position Wings Of Change as a thought leader in blockchain technology and digital innovation.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, communications, public relations, brand management, or corporate affairs within technology, blockchain, fintech, or related industries.
• Proven success building and scaling global brands in high-growth and innovation-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field required

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
