Job Summary

Owns the integrated marketing and donor communications engine for UWGLA, focusing on growth, brand consistency, donor personalization via CRM/AI, and compelling impact storytelling to drive multi-channel acquisition, retention, and upgrade across segments.

  • Integrated campaigns that align marketing with fundraising to lift acquisition, retention, and LTV.

Job Description

  • Lead marketing and communications strategy to hit the five-year revenue goal of $40M.
  • Act as brand steward aligning messaging across Education and Workforce Access, Economic Empowerment, and Resilient Communities.
  • Advise the CEO and executive team on communications and marketing investments tied to impact, revenue, and engagement.
  • Partner with Development on donor data, CRM, and AI infrastructure for personalized donor communications at scale.
  • Lead integrated campaigns with fundraising to grow acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Own marketing for the under-$1,000 donor segment using digital ads, email, social, direct mail, and online giving optimization.
  • Direct donor and funder communications including stewardship templates and journey maps from first gift through major gifts.
  • Oversee website, email, social, and digital advertising to grow online giving and next-gen donor acquisition toward a $400K online giving target and 25% social reach/engagement growth.
  • Direct mail messaging and content development across the donor pyramid in partnership with Development.
  • Partner with Development on tentpole events, cause marketing campaigns, and initiative launches.
