Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue, user acquisition, and market penetration.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to adjust growth initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing, performance campaigns, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with product teams to implement growth-driven features.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and retention rates.
  • Design and implement strategies to increase monetization of products and services.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with sales, finance, and product teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Leverage data analytics and A/B testing to optimize growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 18 + years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, business development, or product management.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with growth metrics and KPIs.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in fintech, digital platforms, SaaS, or consumer tech.
  • Familiarity with growth hacking, A/B testing, and data analytics tools.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple geographies or functions.
