Job Summary

Own the cross functional growth engine for a multi-site healthcare network, aligning strategy, marketing, referrals, and patient experience to lift admissions and revenue.

  • Growth Strategy: Set unified growth objectives, KPIs, and admissions targets across functions to drive census and service line expansion.
  • Marketing & Partnerships: Drive integrated marketing and strategic partnerships with providers, hospitals, payors, and community orgs to boost referrals.
  • Operations & Analytics: Align patient navigation with campaigns and maintain reporting on the patient funnel and growth performance.

Job Description

  • Enterprise Growth Strategy & Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise growth strategy aligned with organizational goals and financial targets.
  • Growth objectives, admissions targets, and key performance indicators across all growth functions.
  • Drive sustainable patient acquisition, census growth, and revenue expansion across service lines and markets.
  • Marketing & Brand Leadership: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and community channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing, paid media, SEO, website strategy, content development, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Business Development & Referral Growth: Lead business development efforts to strengthen referral relationships and drive patient admissions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, payors, correctional systems, employers, and community organizations.
  • Expand referral networks and identify new sources of patient acquisition.
  • Patient Navigation & Growth Operations: Lead patient navigation teams to ensure effective patient engagement and support throughout the admissions journey.
  • Establish processes and performance standards that improve patient experience and conversion outcomes.
  • Align patient navigation activities with marketing campaigns, referral initiatives, and organizational growth priorities.
  • Alumni Engagement & Retention: Develop and oversee the organization's alumni engagement strategy.
  • Create programs that strengthen long-term patient relationships and support recovery engagement.
  • Leverage alumni networks to enhance community outreach, referrals, testimonials, and brand advocacy.
  • Data Analytics & Performance Management: Develop and maintain reporting systems that provide visibility into the patient acquisition funnel and growth performance.
