Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned to business growth objectives
  • Lead and scale digital marketing and advertising across paid media, e-commerce, CRM, and performance channels
  • Drive data-led decision-making, including KPI development, marketing analytics, and ROI optimization
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, product marketing & positioning, and integrated campaign execution
  • Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization, with a focus on leadership and talent development
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative Marketing, Product & Channel Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align marketing with business outcomes
  • Champion a consumer-centric approach across all marketing initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level roles
  • Proven success in digital transformation, performance marketing, and brand building
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive strategy and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams
  • Digital-first, data-driven mindset
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term performance objectives
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Inspiring leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams

Preferred

  • Background in power tools, consumer durables, industrial, or related industries preferred
