Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set the multi-year lifecycle marketing strategy for Consumer Banking, spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and loyalty across Savings and Rewards Checking.
  • Partner with Banking Product Org to inform product roadmaps and design integrated marketing strategies that drive adoption, usage, and long-term customer value.
  • Build and advance marketing capabilities required to scale non-card growth, working closely with Marketing Operations, Technology, Data Science, Finance, and Enterprise Digital to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Own investment strategy, forecasting, and performance measurement; represent Banking marketing in annual planning and executive alignment forums.
  • Lead development of differentiated value propositions, customer research, marketing planning, and performance management in close partnership with Legal and Compliance.
  • Drive disciplined test-and-learn strategies to optimize performance marketing effectiveness and accelerate growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10+ marketers, providing coaching on banking products, regulatory considerations, and performance marketing excellence.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combining qualitative insight with quantitative rigor to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to communicate complex strategies and performance narratives with clarity and confidence, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment in dynamic environments.
