Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for retail client leadership, including Sales Operations and executive stakeholders
  • Lead ongoing client engagement through structured working sessions and executive-level interactions, ensuring alignment and forward momentum
  • Actively build and strengthen trusted relationships across client team
  • Provide strategic POV and guidance on performance, market dynamics, and growth opportunities through collaboration with Martin Retail Group field and media teams
  • Support and shape executive communications, ensuring clarity, alignment, and consistency in how strategies and priorities are conveyed
  • Lead high-impact client discussions, bringing clear recommendations and driving alignment on key decisions
  • Translate client priorities into actionable direction for internal teams, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution
  • Own the narrative of performance, delivering clear, insight-driven storytelling that connects media and retail activity to business outcomes
  • Ensure disciplined communication cadence and stakeholder alignment, with the right information delivered to the right audience at the right time
  • Ensure dealer needs and Martin Retail Group value creation remain at the core of all strategies and solutions
  • Agency Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams across Account, Media, Analytics, Field and Production to deliver integrated, high-quality retail solutions
  • Translate client vision into clear team direction, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and strategic objectives
  • Establish clarity of priorities and ensure teams are focused on the highest impact opportunities
  • Drive consistency and quality in how strategies and performance are developed, communicated, and executed
  • Partner closely with Field and Media leadership to ensure strong alignment between headquarters strategy and local market execution
  • Elevate the overall quality of thinking, storytelling, and delivery across the business
  • Foster a culture of accountability, proactivity, and continuous improvement across teams
  • Ensure operational excellence across timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Oversee execution of key communication and operational initiatives, ensuring clarity, coordination, and follow-through
