Job Summary

Own editorial operations for a content engine with cross-functional reviews, intake prioritization, and publication readiness to protect timelines and quality.

  • Editorial workflows and readiness: manage end-to-end processes and ensure publication standards are met.
  • Cross-functional alignment: coordinate with Legal, Brand, Compliance, Ads, Product Marketing, and Communications to cut delays.
  • Workflow optimization: track volumes and metrics to shrink friction and improve lifecycle hygiene.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end editorial workflows for assigned content streams.
  • Ensure content meets readiness standards before publication or enablement.
  • Own content intake, prioritization, and scheduling for assigned stakeholders.
  • Coordinate reviews with Legal, Brand, and Compliance partners as needed.
  • Track timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce friction.
  • Maintain version control and lifecycle hygiene in partnership with Content Systems.
  • Serve as key stakeholder between the Ads Integrated Marketing team and Product Marketing, Media Insights, and Communications teams
  • Provide guidance and feedback to content creators to improve quality upstream.
  • Communicate clearly on timelines, requirements, and expectations.
  • Track volume, turnaround time, and quality metrics.
  • Share insights and trends with senior leadership to inform improvements.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in editorial operations, content management, or marketing operations.
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Industry experience preferred .
  • Airtable experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field.
