Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
• Verify insurance and assist with patient intake
• Check-in/check-out patients and maintain front desk workflow
• Handle general administrative tasks and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
• Use AI tools to assist with documentation and workflow efficiency
• Support providers with organized notes and communication
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient records
• Create mental health educational posts and articles
• Assist with social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Requirements

• High school diploma or Associate degree preferred
• 1+ year front office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Interest or experience in social media/content creation
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus
• Must be reliable, professional, and patient-focused
