Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Project Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal brand marketing campaigns from ideation through launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, and campaign deliverables.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign needs, timelines, and project workflows.
  • Assist in preparation of campaign materials including briefs, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Campaign Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Track campaign performance metrics across channels and compile campaign recap reports.
  • Work with internal teams to gather analytics and insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in reporting results to internal stakeholders.
  • Experiential & Activation Support

Requirements

  • Experience
  • 1–2 years of marketing, brand, experiential, or project management experience (internships included).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and project management platforms (Asana preferred)
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or community initiatives is preferred.
  • Interest in brand storytelling, experiential marketing, and youth culture.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project Management: Experience using project management tools (Asana or similar) to track timelines and deliverables.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment with shifting priorities.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally with agencies, vendors, and community partners.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with campaign performance data and preparing recap reports.

Preferred
