  • Own recruitment, onboarding, and feedback for UGC creators in the SAT/AP space.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Finding and recruiting UGC creators in the SAT/AP, college prep, and student content space.
  • Onboarding new creators and helping them understand the product, audience, content goals, and what kind of videos we’re looking for.
  • Reviewing UGC content before it goes live and giving creators clear feedback on hooks, pacing, structure, captions, trend usage, and whether the video feels native to TikTok or Instagram.
  • Spotting patterns in the SAT/AP, StudyTok, and college prep space, then turning those patterns into better feedback, stronger content briefs, and more useful creator guidance.
  • Building a stronger creator program with clear incentives, better systems, and regular creator reactivation so creators stay active, motivated, and consistent.
  • Creating content briefs , content inspiration, example videos, and repeatable formats based on current trends, student pain points, and what is already working.
  • Keeping up with SAT/AP student conversations online, especially in places like r/SAT, r/APStudents, TikTok comments, Instagram comments, and student creator pages, so our content stays relevant to what students actually care about.

Requirements

  • This role is for someone who understands the U.S. high school curriculum world. You’ve either taken the SAT, APs, ACTs, Honors etc. and you know what students are searching, stressing over, joking about, and watching online.
  • You don’t need to have managed a huge creator program before, but you do need to have good taste, strong judgment, and a real understanding of what students respond to online.

Preferred

  • You’ve grown your own TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts account.
  • You can make short form content about SATs/APs
  • You’ve tutored SAT/AP students or made educational content.
  • You understand UGC programs, creator incentives, referral systems, or ambassador programs.
  • You’ve been part of student communities, college prep spaces, or online education brands.

Benefits

  • We are here to kill textbooks. RevisionDojo is building personalized AI learning as the new default for students globally.
  • We are growing extremely fast. In less than 18 months since YC, we have grown over 30x and are used by millions of students every month.
  • We are expanding rapidly. We already cover AP, SAT, ACT, IB, GCSE, A-Level, and more, with new curricula and markets launching fast.
  • Your work will reach millions of students. You won’t be making content that sits in a folder. You’ll be shaping how students around the world learn, revise, and improve every day.
  • You will have real ownership. You will be the person responsible for the student experience in your subject area -- not a small cog in a large machine.
  • We compensate exceptional people properly. We offer top-of-the-line compensation, meaningful ownership, and the chance to do career-defining work.
  • We have a very high bar. We hire people with agency, ambition, and deep care for impact. If you do not meet that bar, do not apply.
