Own the UGC video creation engine for fast-turn social content, turning authentic, on-brand clips into repeatable, high-performing formats across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Carefully own the storytelling playbook: hooks, product highlights, and CTAs in a fast-moving, high-volume pipeline.
Own tone, pacing, and format variations to fit multiple brands and audiences.
Turn raw footage into ready-to-publish assets with a focus on believability and clarity.

Job Description

Own the creation and rapid iteration of authentic UGC style videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, delivering on-brand storytelling at scale.

Responsibilities: Create High-Performing UGC Videos
Film short-form content that feels authentic, unscripted, and native to TikTok/Reels.
Deliver on-camera demos, testimonials, unboxings, try-ons, and problem/solution narratives.
Adapt your delivery and tone to match each brand’s voice and audience.
Follow Scripts, Briefs & Creative Direction
Interpret storyboards, bullet-point scripts, and performance frameworks.
Ensure you hit all required talking points, hooks, CTAs, and product highlights.
Collaborate with producers to refine tone, pacing, and angle.
Bring Your Own Creative Ideas
Suggest hooks, trends, formats, and POVs based on what’s performing on social.

Requirements: 1–3 years creating TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts—professionally or independently
Tech-Savvy (Content Level)
Familiar with shooting on iPhone/Android, ring lights, mics, tripods

Preferred: Basic editing in CapCut or similar apps is a plus
